5,What is needed to provide you if I want customized?
We need your design in soft copy. Like AI, PDF, CDR format.

6,What about the after-sales service ?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight or  you provide a valid DHL/FEDEX/UPS account number.
